Do not paste confidential supplier documents into public websites. Enter only the cost values needed for comparison, and keep official records inside your company's approved procurement systems.
A supplier quote comparison usually works with generic commercial values: unit price, quantity, freight, duty, payment adjustment and missing-scope allowance. Avoid entering confidential contract text, bank information, personal data, signed documents or supplier documents marked confidential.
For sensitive projects, copy the result into your internal RFQ file and clear the browser tab after the comparison. Treat the calculator output as a working note, then verify it against the official quotation, technical evaluation and approval matrix.
