The calculator is provided for general procurement planning. You are responsible for checking supplier documents, tax rules, engineering requirements and internal approval rules before making a purchasing decision.
QuoteCostCalc aims to make comparison easier, but it does not guarantee commercial savings, supplier performance, tax accuracy or project suitability.
Use the calculator with reasonable procurement judgment. Check each supplier's commercial offer, technical compliance, delivery commitment, warranty, payment terms and exclusions before relying on a comparison result.
The site may be updated to improve calculations, examples, content quality or security. Keep a copy of any result you use for internal review, because browser-based calculator output may not be stored after you leave the page.
